Field Research Analyst

We're looking for a curious, people-first Retail Insights Analyst to serve as our eyes and ears on the ground. This is a highly field-driven role where you'll visit retail stores, build authentic relationships, and translate real-world observations into actionable insights that shape business decisions.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Merchant Operations, and Go-To-Market—ensuring the voice of retail partners is embedded in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular store visits, interviews, and field observations to identify opportunities and emerging issues
- Surface early signals and trends in retailer behavior, sentiment, and needs
- Gather competitive intelligence through mystery shopping and market tracking
- Translate field learnings into clear insights, reports, and actionable recommendations
- Build a deep understanding of local retail environments and partner dynamics
- Support ad hoc research and strategic initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1–2 years' experience in research, marketing, GTM, or related roles
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
- Strong people skills — able to build trust and draw out honest insights
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with clear targets
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and resourceful in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
