We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow partner networks, boost store performance, and deliver strong field execution across an assigned territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, on-the-ground sales, and achieving ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly sales and store activation targets by increasing merchant productivity and market share
- Maintain active merchant engagement, ensuring consistent month-on-month sales performance
- Build and manage strong relationships with partner retailers and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular store visits to train teams, support sales efforts, and implement marketing initiatives
- Execute incentive campaigns and targeted promotions to boost in-store conversions
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new business partners within the assigned territory
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records, track interactions, and prepare sales performance reports
What You'll Bring
- Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years' experience in field sales, customer service, telecom, mobile devices, or software sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven mindset with high levels of initiative, organization, and resilience
- Solid analytical and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
- Must own a motorcycle or car to cover assigned areas
