This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Quantitative Researcher will report directly to the Research and Development Manager and will work closely with the design and production teams.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantitative Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and research methodology, with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex problems. The Quantitative Researcher will be responsible for conducting quantitative research studies to support the development of new products and improve existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement quantitative research studies to gather data and insights on market trends, customer preferences, and product performance.

- Analyze and interpret data using statistical tools and techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.

- Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop new products and improve existing ones based on research findings.

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in research methodology and apply this knowledge to improve research processes and techniques.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure research objectives are aligned with business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, or mathematics.

- 2 years of experience in quantitative research, preferably in a manufacturing or construction industry.

- Proficient in statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, or R.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
