Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and administrative tracking of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized project documentation and files.

  • Communicate updates between internal teams and supervisors.

  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.

  • Support budgeting tracking and expense documentation.

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to project execution.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
