Day in the Life of a Chief Marketing Manager

- Manage and lead the marketing team responsible for conversion rate optimization (CRO), average order value (AOV) optimization, email marketing, and media buying.

- Lead and train the marketing team, providing strategic direction and support for each store's success.

- Oversee designers and developers who assist with implementing marketing strategies and optimizing performance.

- Monitor store performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

- Drive the success of advertising efforts, email campaigns, and conversion strategies, ensuring the team collaborates effectively to meet business goals.

- Refine and develop marketing strategies based on performance data and industry trends.

- Increase the conversion rate across all marketing channels.

- Boost profits from Facebook ads through strategic media buying and targeting.

- Maximize revenue from email marketing by improving campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

Your Team When You Join 

You'll be an essential part of our Managerial team, working alongside the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. You'll be at the heart of our strategic decision-making, contributing to high-level discussions, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

We Would Love to Hear from You If

- You are highly proficient in marketing Shopify stores, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing strategies to drive traffic, enhance user engagement, and optimize conversion rates.

- You excel at leveraging digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media campaigns to achieve measurable growth and align with business objectives.

- You have a proven track record of working with e-commerce brands, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these industries. Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.

- You bring at least 3 years of marketing management experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a consistent ability to drive results.

- You have experience managing the entire marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment across departments.

- You have successfully marketed low-ticket products, focusing on increasing conversions through strategic initiatives.

- You have hands-on experience handling marketing budgets of $5M per month, showcasing your ability to scale campaigns effectively while maintaining ROI.

- You are experienced in targeting and marketing to diverse audiences, including the EU and US markets.

- You possess media buying and advertising expertise, with a proven ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.

- You thrive on challenges, enjoy finding creative solutions, and embrace innovation.

- You have additional experience in marketing automation and advanced media buying to enhance campaign efficiency further.

Bonus: Experience as a Marketing Director at high-growth e-commerce companies like Temu or Shein is a significant advantage.
