RN-PACU (TEMP)

Department: PACU (RECOVERY)

Shift: Morning shift 07:00 - 19:30 Hours ​

Client facility seeking Post Anesthesia Care Unit RN to work in Fresno, CA on a 3-month short-term contract. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of PACU experience
  

• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Ascension Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• California RN License
• Travel Experience preferred

Work Authorization:

Proof of authorization to work in the United States is required.

JOB SUMMARY: 

• ​​Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
