Director of Surgical Services

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree required.

Certifications: ACLS required upon hire

Arizona State Registered RN License

Charge or Manger level experience at least 1 year

PREFERRED: 

3 or more years of Director level experience

Work Authorization Requirement 

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

JOB SUMMARY: 

Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. This is a Leadership position that assures the delivery of patient care with the skills of an experienced Registered Nurse.

The Director of Surgical Services will oversee 9 OR and 2 Endo Suites in the main hospital and 4 OR and 2 Endo suites at the outpatient surgery center. 

Direct reports: 3 Managers, total FTEs 60 main hospital and 25 Outpatient Surgery. 

Total procedures annually 2022: 4346
