Our client is a Global Learning HUB - a joint venture of Asia's Leading University and Indonesian Non-profit Organization focusing on talent development, research and innovation in Indonesia, Southeast Asia and beyond.

Our client's mission is to nurture trust in society, promote environmental sustainability and regeneration, and drive equitable economic development and public health, to enhance people-to-people connection, educational collaboration and culture exchange between China and Indonesia and Southeast Asia countries, and to employ system thinking, multi sector engagement and transformational leadership to educate creative individuals.

Job Description:

1. Set strategic direction with the Faculty Program Leaders

2. Finalize and implement all program goals and operating principles in coordination with the Faculty Program leaders

3. Represent the Organization Program to internal and external audiences, and particularly to internal ecosystem

4. Provides onsite, day-to-day direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization Programs mission and annual goals, while anticipating significant opportunities, problems, and issues, and initiating appropriate action without supervision

5. Organize work of the Management Board: meetings, reports, assessments, and metrics

Qualifications:

1. Masters degree in engineering, business or related field, or Masters of Education, or higher academic degrees

2. At least 10+ years of experience of increasingly responsible leadership roles

3. Successful experience in starting and scaling new education products and/or comparable ventures

4. Program and project management expertise

5. Familiarity with international mode of cooperation and coordination
