Job Description:
1. Increase the Mall Management Teams effectiveness through day-to day training and management; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; monitoring and appraising job performance.
2. Review annual plans and budgets for Malls Marketing & Operations activities.
3. Oversee the Design, Construction, Leasing, Marketing, Operations and Finance & Admin functions to ensure a successful Grand Opening and subsequent openings of expansion phases that achieve the objectives established by the Board of Directors
Requirements:
1. University Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field. Masters degree a plus.
2. 10-15 years of work experience in the retail and/or shopping center management industry.
3. Understanding of the highest international shopping center standards.
