Job Descriptions:

1. Set up the operation to run organization's programs and campus operation (build business process, SOP, setup monitoring, and evaluation framework and dashboard for programs and campus operation)

2. Ensuring all Organization's programs run well operationally. Clients and participants get excellent experience

3. Managing day-to-day operation in campus, and ensuring all campus operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way

4. Find ways to increase quality of programs and campus operation

Qualifications:

1. Post-graduate degree and 10 years of closely related work experience minimum in marketing and operation in a professional organization preferably an education institution, and/or other relevant professional experiences

2. Excellent both verbal and written in English and Indonesia, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage

3. Communication - able to effectively communicate in a professional and tactful manner using preferred method and level, orally and in written form
