Brief description
The position of administrative consists of being responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Tasks
- Implement and maintain administrative workflow- Maintain and file various documents and work records properly- Prepare admin letter and file documents properly- Resolve any arising administrative issue- Other tasks assigned by Management
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- 1 year of work experience
- Good level of English proficiency, another languages would be a plus
- Good knowledge in computer literate especially MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, and Email
- Highly organized, proactive and sensible
- Good in communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills
- Have the ability to work as team and honestly
•Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to actively look for ways to help people;
•Ability to adjust actions in relation to others' actions, and to manage one's own time and the time of others.
