Production Manager

Partner.al  is interested in hiring a Production Manager to work Full Time in Albania for the largest milk processing company in Albania. Below, you will find a job description of the position and what we are looking for.

Responsibilities

· Plans and organizes periodical production processes (daily / weekly / monthly);

· Ensures the implementation of standards and laws of occupational safety and health;

· Sets quality control standards;

· Drafts and supervises the production process to ensure its performance and timely delivery of all orders;

· Communicates any problems related to the production process as quickly as possible;

· Makes sure that the quality of each production is within the company standards;

· Plans and manages the whole process of ordering and raw materials;

· Develops productivity procedures in the production process, including reports and accurate information to make strategic decisions.

· Coordinates workflow and workforce availability, communicating attendance, job positions, performance and leave time to avoid interruptions in the factory process;

· Ensures that employees work in accordance with company and department standards for quality, productivity, maintenance and safety;

· Guides and trains new employees as needed, including disciplining employees, according to company policies and as needed.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related fields.

· Higher level diplomas constitute an advantage;

· Minimum 5 years of work experience with beverages or food industry.

· Advantage previous experience in production production;

· Previous experience in the manufacturing plant is preferable

· A person with initiative and leadership skills;

· Organized and result oriented;

· Excellent communication skills;

· Capable of directing employees
