on-premises and cloud storage file servers via mapped drives, web browsers, or mobile
clientsall without the need for a VPN.
Position Overview
We are expanding our Support and QA teams and are seeking a seasoned IT
professional/Systems Administrator. In this role, you will support our customers,
respond to technical inquiries, and perform advanced QA testing. You will play a pivotal
role in assisting IT Administrators with the deployment, configuration, and ongoing
management of MyWorkDrive products.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Troubleshooting:
o Assist IT Administrator customers with the installation, configuration, and
usage of MyWorkDrive products in diverse environments.
o Understand unique client use cases and challenges to tailor solutions that
ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
o Maintain detailed documentation of customer environments, issues, and
resolutions.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
o Build and manage test environments using Hyper-V and Azure.
o Perform rigorous QA testing, bug reporting, and follow-up with
development teams.
o Document processes and assist with pre-sales technical consultations as
needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Engage with a global customer base via email and web meetings (using
platforms such as Skype, Zoom, and Teams).
o Work closely with internal teams to manage support cases and drive
continuous product improvements.
Required Skills and Experience
Extensive IT Background:
o 10+ years of experience in deploying and managing software in Windows
Server/Active Directory and Azure environments.
o Proven expertise in computer networking, with 10 years of hands-on
experience.
o Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
Technical Proficiency:
o Deep knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, Active
Directory, and Microsoft Windows Server.
o Experience with firewalls, security, switching, proxy/load balancing,
Microsoft SQL, IIS, Office 365 & MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
o Familiarity with Android/iOS mobile devices, Azure File Storage, Entra ID,
Graph API permissions, Active Directory Trusts, NTFS file sharing, Hyper-
V, and SAML/SSO.
Additional Qualities:
o A demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply complex technical and
theoretical information.
o An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and
problem-solving initiative.
Education & Certification
Bachelors degree (Preferred)
MCSE or related certification (Preferred)
