We are seeking an Experienced Industrial Automation Engineer to join our dynamic engineering
team. If you have 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation, control systems, and process

Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, programming, and commissioning of automation projects using Siemens,
Schneider, or ABB PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
Develop control philosophies, electrical/control schematics, and loop diagrams in
accordance with industrial standards.
Program, simulate, and test control systems in both FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT
(Site Acceptance Test) phases.
Integrate and configure field instrumentation for process variables: flow, pressure,
temperature, and level.
Conduct parameterization and calibration of smart instruments and transmitters.
Implement and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as Modbus
RTU/TCP, Profibus, PROFINET, and HART.
Lead or support commissioning, site supervision, and after-sales service tasks.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical leadership to junior
engineers.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Industrial Automation or Electronic Engineering
Minimum 57 years of experience in Industrial Automation & Instrumentation roles.
Mandatory Certifications or Licenses in PLC and SCADA programming from major
manufacturers (e.g., Siemens, Schneider Electric, ABB)
Proven expertise with Siemens, Schneider Electric, or ABB control systems (PLC, HMI,
SCADA).
Strong working knowledge of process instrumentation, especially in:
o Flow meters
o Pressure and temperature transmitters
o Level sensors and switches
Ability to configure smart instruments using communication tools and software.
Familiarity with EMERSON ROSEMOUNT instrumentation is a significant plus.
Knowledge of WiFi transmission technologies used in industrial environments (e.g., for
remote telemetry, RTU communication, or sensor networking).
Solid grasp of international automation standards, control loop design, and system
integration best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for project execution and commissioning activities.

This is a hybrid role based at our Tirana office, with travel to client sites during key project phases
such as installation, commissioning, and support. Flexibility to adapt between office and site work
