ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

THE PREFERRED CANDIDATE SHOULD:

7+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or brand management, with at least 3

years in a senior account leadership role.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, including traditonal & digital media.

Proven success managing high-profile clients and multi-channel campaigns.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Strategic mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Fluent in English

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-

term relationships.

Manage and mentor account managers and executives, fostering growth and high

performance.

Oversee project budgets, timelines, and profitability, ensuring all work is delivered on

time and within scope.

Identify opportunities for organic growth and support new business development

efforts.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providers & partners.

Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns on time

and reaching KPIs.

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication

strategies to meet clients goals.

Monitor and analyze campaigns performances.
