Seasonal Material Handler / Landscaping Support

Partners In Staffing is currently hiring for a Seasonal Material Handler / Landscaping Support role to support a busy and fast-paced operation. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that keeps projects moving.

Starting Pay: $22 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• Load, unload, and transport materials such as insulation, metal, tools, and supplies
• Stage materials and equipment for upcoming jobs
• Deliver materials to job sites as needed
• Assist with receiving shipments and verifying accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment safely
• Support inventory control and restocking
• Package, label, and prepare materials for delivery
• Assist with job site cleanup and debris removal
• Provide landscaping support around job sites and facilities
• Support special projects and general labor tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or general labor experience preferred
• This role is very hands-on and includes significant landscaping support, so candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player with good communication skills
• Safety-focused mindset
• Valid driver's license required
• Clean driving record preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check
