WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Due to growth and increasing demand, our client is hiring Grinder Operators to play a vital role in their production process. This position is essential in preparing fresh masa the foundation of their high-quality tortilla chips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate & Monitor Equipment Run grinding machinery to produce consistent, high-quality masa.

• Adjust & Maintain Machines Ensure proper texture and quality by fine-tuning equipment as needed.

• Ensure Cleanliness & Safety Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards.

• Work as a Team Collaborate with the production crew to meet daily goals.

• Keep the Workplace Safe Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean and secure environment.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Experience Preferred Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus.

• Physical Stamina Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Attention to Detail A commitment to quality and food safety.

• Reliability Dependable, punctual, and ready to be part of a passionate team.

• Bilingual a Plus English/Spanish skills are helpful but not required.
