We're looking for a Bartender who brings flair, finesse, and flavor to every glass. If youve worked with upscale bars, luxury cafés, or fine-dining restaurants and have a love for hospitality, this is your time to shine.

What Youll Do:

  • Craft signature beverages, coffee mocktails, and café drinks that reflect the elegance of the Passion Fuschia brand.

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience through personalized service, drink knowledge, and polished presentation.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stylish bar area in line with luxury service standards.

  • Work closely with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth flow of café operations.

  • Assist in developing seasonal drink menus and contributing creative ideas for the bar program.

  • Provide recommendations and insights to guests on drink pairings and café specials.

  • Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene in all drink preparations.

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a bartender in upscale cafés, cocktail bars, or luxury dining spaces.

  • Strong knowledge of coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, and mocktail mixing.

  • A flair for hospitality and guest engagementcharming, polished, and professional.

  • Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for flavor and aesthetics.

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events.

  • Based in or willing to commute to PIK Avenue, North Jakarta.
