Were looking for a Purchasing Staff who will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations by ensuring all food, beverage, and café supplies are sourced efficiently and arrive on time. If youre experienced in procurement, enjoy working with vendors, and thrive in a dynamic café environment, this role is for you.

What Youll Do:

• Source and purchase F&B ingredients, packaging materials, operational tools, and café supplies according to outlet needs.

• Monitor stock levels and anticipate replenishment schedules to avoid shortages.

• Liaise with chefs, baristas, and outlet supervisors to align purchasing with menu and operational requirements.

• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to track deliveries and resolve any delays or discrepancies.

• Evaluate vendor performance, price comparisons, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

• Handle purchase requests, issue purchase orders (POs), and manage corresponding documentation.

• Maintain an organized database of suppliers, pricing, invoices, and lead times.

• Support monthly reporting related to procurement activities and spending.

• Ensure all purchases comply with company SOPs and budget controls.

• Work closely with the finance and inventory teams to ensure accuracy in billing and stock recording.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a purchasing or procurement role (experience in F&B or hospitality preferred).

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Familiarity with basic inventory management and procurement software/tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.

• Highly organized with attention to detail and time management.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to be placed on-site at Passion Fuschia Café PIK Avenue.
