About the job RBAC/IAM Lead
Service New Brunswick (SNB) requires a RBAC/IAM Lead with significant clinical setting experience to support identity and clinical role readiness work for the provincial CIS initiative. The role will focus on understanding the current IAM environment, identifying gaps that could affect CIS adoption, and to plan and execute the changes needed to ensure a secure and reliable access model for go-live and beyond.
A core requirement of the position is to work very closely with clinicians, end-user groups, clinical and technical teams in the identification of clinical roles and subsequent creation in the new CIS.
The RBAC/IAM Lead will work closely with SNBs enterprise IAM teams, CIS vendor teams, cybersecurity, HR, clinical leaders, and operational groups across Horizon and Vitalité. Some activities may be carried out directly within the project stream, while others will require coordinating work owned by SNB IAM or other partner teams.
