TBD-718 System Analyst / UIPath

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and lead meeting with business users for requirement gathering on operational change requests.
• Drive the execution of product roadmap of RPA, AI and other customised automation to smoothen the development and deployment sprint for software engineering teams.
• Manage vendor and off-shore development team for the on-going enhancement and integration projects
• Collaborate with incident management team, troubleshoot production issues with the development team, and maintain the cleans system logs and documentation.
• Act as the key deployment manager to monitor the SIT & UAT process, as well as automation orchestrators' performance and its connectivity.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of RPA development, production support, solution design and planning experiences, not limited to BluePrism, Power Automate, UiPath, or Advanced Workflow Engine.
• Strong solution delivery and people management skills including business users, development team, product owner, vendors, incident response team, and DevOps engineering team.
• Sound knowledge and understanding in Agile methodology.
• Proactive and logical mindset for both problem solving and new technology adoption in order to accomplish group strategy of digital transformation.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
