Pathos provides job applicants with information about job openings and introductions to prospective employers on your behalf.

Declaration

To provide you and potential employers with our professional services, it is crucial that you declare that all information provided by you are true and accurate and you have not suppressed or omitted any material facts. You understand that any omission, falsification or misrepresentation in your application shall constitute sufficient ground for revocation of any offer made to you and if such offer has been accepted, be sufficient ground for immediate termination without notice. Pathos shall in no event be liable for verifying your personal data for you.

Liability Disclaimer

You acknowledge that while Pathos will use reasonable endeavor to find a suitable job opportunity for you, Pathos shall in no event guarantee that any client or employer will request for a candidate’s information, request interviews or extend a job offer. You agree that Pathos shall not be held liable if an employment offer is not made or is withdrawn.

The final decision to accept the job offer rests entirely with you. It is your duty to assess the specifics of the position being offered, including but not limited to background, integrity, position, remuneration and suitability. You acknowledge that you shall assume your own risk to take up any job opportunity with any employer.

Confidentiality Obligation

Pathos shall keep your personal information strictly confidential, except for achieving the purpose of job seeking for you. Under such circumstance, Pathos may need to forward your personal details to potential employers or clients as the case may be. You hereby acknowledge and consent to Pathos on such data transfer.

Governing Law

These T&C shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Changes to these T&C

Pathos may, from time-to-time, revise these T&C without any prior notice.
