Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into active clients.
• Promote professional services to potential customers with clarity and confidence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Follow up on prospects throughout the full sales process.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Support basic marketing follow-up, lead organization, and campaign tracking when needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, collections, customer service, or call center operations.
• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong customer orientation and professional phone presence.
• Proactive, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer, CRM, and administrative skills.
• Availability to work on-site in Santo Domingo.
