Job Opening: Training Director C2/C1

Position Summary

We are looking for a Training Director to design, develop, and oversee all training programs within our organization. The primary goal will be to optimize employee performance by creating innovative programs tailored to the needs of our clients and internal strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Design, test, and implement training programs for clients, reducing ramp-up time, improving performance KPIs, and enhancing quality standards.

Conduct skills gap analyses to identify training needs by department, team, and individual.

Plan and manage training programs aligned with business and client objectives.

Supervise training activities, educational curricula, and associated resources.

Manage quarterly and annual training budgets.

Evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of delivered courses.

Establish coaching and mentorship sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Recommend new training methods (e-learning, game-based platforms, etc.).

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Training Director, Training Manager, or similar roles. In-depth knowledge of traditional and modern training methods (workshops, simulations, digital courses, coaching). Experience in managing corporate training activities. Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Advanced English proficiency (C1).

Education required:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Marketing, or related fields. Masters in Business Administration preferred, but not essential.
