NextGen Patient Portal Consultant/SME

We are currently searching for a full-time NextGen Patient Portal Consultant/SME to support one of our clients; this is a remote position.

The NextGen Patient Portal Consultant/SME will work directly with our clients to help them maximize their benefits from NextGen products. You may help configure and implement their NextGen products, upgrade to the latest software release, build and conduct testing plans, and troubleshoot issues to resolution. You will work cross-functionally with other experts to solve problems and ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to configure their NextGen products to align with their needs.
  • Educate clients on best practice recommendations to set them up for long-term success.
  • Continuously learn about new features, products, and industry news to become and remain an expert.
  • Support our clients as they go live with new products, new versions, or new workflows.
  • Own all client issues to completion, working with other internal experts to find a resolution.
  • Build and improve internal documentation to share knowledge with teammates and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in the NextGen Product Suite.
  • Experience with NextGen Patient Portal.
  • Excellent communication and client/customer relationship skills.
  • Experience with SQL and C# would be helpful but not required.
