Work Set-up: Hybrid

Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework
• Oversee credit, operational, compliance, cybersecurity, and fraud risks
• Partner with executive leadership to align risk strategy with business goals
• Ensure regulatory compliance with BSP and other relevant bodies
• Lead incident response and business continuity planning
• Build and mentor a high-performing risk and compliance team

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior risk leadership role (CRO, Head of Risk, or equivalent)
• Strong background in fintech, banking, or payments
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in the Philippines
• Expertise in risk modeling, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity risk
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
