Job Title: Sales Admin
Location: Makati City
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Real-Time Monitoring & Analysis

  • Monitor merchant transaction volumes and success ratios through dashboards (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Identify performance issues, anomalies, and transaction failures
  • Analyze root causes and coordinate with Sales, Merchant Support, TOS, and Fraud teams for resolution

Coordination & Reporting

  • Communicate and escalate merchant-specific issues to relevant teams
  • Track resolution progress and provide regular updates to Sales and Management
  • Set up and manage alerts for performance thresholds
  • Generate daily performance summaries and reports

Sales & Admin Support

  • Assist Sales with merchant insights, performance reports, and recommendations for client meetings
  • Help prepare presentations and proposals
  • Maintain internal sales databases and ensure data accuracy
  • Process and reconcile petty cash and department reimbursements
  • Provide backup support for contract and documentation processing when needed

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in reports and documentation
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales operations, sales support, or admin roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with sales processes and performance monitoring
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Willingness to report onsite 5x/week in Makati
