At Paynamics, we empower businesses with seamless and secure payment solutions. Were looking for a Merchant Onboarding Analyst to join our Merchant Service Delivery Team. This role is key to ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient onboarding journey for our merchantshelping them succeed on the Paynamics platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage the entire merchant onboarding journey from lead to go-live.
  • Guide merchants and Sales Relationship Managers through the onboarding process.
  • Support technical setup of merchants and payment channels.
  • Collect and verify documents to meet KYC/KYB and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Compliance, and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Monitor merchant activity to prevent churn and enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and suggest service improvements.
  • Support ad-hoc business initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
      • At least 1 year of experience in KYC/KYB, compliance, or merchant onboarding (financial services preferred).
      • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems and onboarding tools.
      • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
      • High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
