Job Title: Relationship Manager (OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES)

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Set-up: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Lead merchant acquisition efforts to expand our portfolio and grow the business
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Support and execute sales strategies for acquisition and growth
• Quickly resolve client issues and escalate when needed
• Ensure accuracy in client data and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) for smooth client onboarding
• Handle renewals and promote client loyalty
• Identify business opportunities and address potential issues before they escalate
• Uphold quality and compliance standards aligned with our Information Security Management System

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong background in relationship management, customer service, or sales
• Experience using CRM tools is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and manage client concerns efficiently
• A customer-first mindset and proactive attitude
• Collaborative spirit and team-oriented
• Knowledge in sales strategy, data reporting, and CRM software
