Job Title: Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and evaluate procurement requests from business units to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper asset tracking in ERP systems (e.g., NOAH).
  • Support compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Prepare procurement reports and track costs to identify savings opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supervisory position in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (NOAH, SAP, or Oracle) and procurement tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
