Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to foster a data-centric culture.

Build and deploy predictive models and compelling data visualizations.

Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business improvements.

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain performance dashboards for operational support.

Conduct market and industry research to guide strategic planning.

Partner with marketing to create data-driven customer engagement strategies.

Lead initiatives for process optimization through advanced analytics.

Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with InfoSec standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

35 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Data Scientist role.

Strong command of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL).

Proficiency in Python, R, or Matlab.

Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).

Familiarity with data lake platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Google Big Data).

Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
