About the Role

Paynamics is looking for an experienced Cloud Administration and Development Manager to lead and manage our cloud infrastructure strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of cloud architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.

Oversee the planning and execution of multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) for seamless integration and performance.

Manage and mentor a team of cloud engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Ensure cloud infrastructure is secure, compliant, and meets industry standards.

Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance improvements.

Monitor infrastructure health and resolve technical issues to maintain system uptime and reliability.

Define and track operational metrics to improve cloud service quality and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud solutions with overall business objectives.

Champion the adoption of best practices and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) in cloud management and infrastructure governance.

Drive the continual improvement of cloud infrastructure to support the organizations growth.

Qualifications

5+ years in senior cloud management roles (preferably in fintech).

Expertise in AWS, GCP, Azure, and hybrid architectures.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in cloud cost optimization and infrastructure management.
