Job Title: Capacity Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define and track key workforce utilization metrics across the organization.
• Conduct regular productivity and capacity assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Provide quarterly reports and insights to senior management on resource allocation.
• Collaborate with department heads to align staffing with business priorities.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to boost efficiency.
• Support workforce planning for IT projects and company-wide initiatives.
• Lead capacity management programs that improve productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce analytics, or process optimization.
• Strong understanding of KPI tracking, predictive analysis, and business process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to senior management.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, data tools, and resource management systems.
