Job Title: Procurement Manager

Job Description
Procurement & Operations
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle—from request to contract execution
- Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure timely acquisition of goods and services and effective asset management
Vendor & Third-Party Management
- Select, evaluate, and manage third-party providers
- Oversee vendor accreditation and risk management processes
- Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and information security standards
Contract & Supplier Management
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues proactively
Compliance & Risk
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, data privacy, and information security standards
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with internal business units to support procurement needs
- Maintain procurement system integrity (e.g., ERP systems like NOAH, SAP, Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement/supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong experience in:
Contract negotiation & supplier management
Procurement policies and compliance
Third-party risk management
- Familiarity with ERP procurement systems (e.g., NOAH, SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
