Job Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Hybrid

Job Description

Procurement & Operations

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle—from request to contract execution
• Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure timely acquisition of goods and services and effective asset management

Vendor & Third-Party Management

• Select, evaluate, and manage third-party providers
• Oversee vendor accreditation and risk management processes
• Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and information security standards

Contract & Supplier Management

• Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues proactively

Compliance & Risk

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, data privacy, and information security standards
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with internal business units to support procurement needs
• Maintain procurement system integrity (e.g., ERP systems like NOAH, SAP, Oracle)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of procurement/supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Strong experience in:
  Contract negotiation & supplier management
  Procurement policies and compliance
  Third-party risk management

• Familiarity with ERP procurement systems (e.g., NOAH, SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
