Debit Card Product Manager
You will be working as an embedded member at a client location (a major Thai Bank).
This is a contract position but with expected duration of 3 years minimum. Hybrid role (onsite 3 days per week)
All About the Role
As an embedded member at the client site, you will take on the role of Product Manager, ensuring the successful launch of products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and refine debit card strategies to increase customer acquisition, activation, and usage.
- Identify product innovation opportunities aligned with market trends, customer behavior, and regulatory changes.
- Drive enhancements of features, benefits, and user experience for existing debit card products.
- Lead new product initiatives from concept to launch, including internal approvals and cross-functional alignment.
- Work closely with IT, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and data teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Engage with external partners such as fintech, and payment gateways for innovation and partnership opportunities.
- Ensure debit card products comply with Bank of Thailand regulations and internal policies including PDPA.
- Actively manage operational risk, fraud prevention, and customer complaint resolution related to debit products.

- Experience in delivery of large, complex projects / programs of diverse size in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
- Develop strong presence in the client organization extending beyond the immediate boundaries of the program
- Bring interesting & relevant industry perspectives, insights and ideas to key stakeholders in the client organization
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders within the organization.
All About Your Education & Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business management related field, such as Economics, Marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in cards, banking, fintech, or payments.
- Strong knowledge of debit/credit card industry, payment systems, and customer journey.
- Data-driven and able to use data for insightful recommendations and execution.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with digital banking and customer experience design is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
