Job Title: Technical Project Manager- Jaywan Integration

Reports to: Head of Technology Delivery/ Program Manager
Relevant experience: 8-12 years in technical project management within banking or fintech, with proven experience in payment systems integration.
Mandatory requirements: PMP or PRINCE2 certification; experience in card schemes and payment platforms; strong stakeholder management skills.
Purpose of the Project
To manage the integration and establishment of Jaywan scheme within FABs ecosystem, ensuring seamless technical implementation, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Activities
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for Jaywan integration, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Compliance) and external vendors.
- Ensure adherence to clients governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage technical dependencies across multiple systems and platforms.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee technical feasibility assessments and integration architecture design.
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and client security standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior stakeholders.
KPIs
- On-time delivery of integration milestones.
- Zero critical defects post-deployment.
- Compliance audit clearance.
- Stakeholder satisfaction score 90%.
Knowledge and Experience
- Strong understanding of payment systems, card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Jaywan), and banking integration processes.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with API integration, middleware, and core banking systems.
- Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
Mandatory Skills**
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP; ITIL preferred.
- Technical Skills: API management, SDLC, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity basics.
- Tools: Jira, MS Project, Confluence.
