JOB TITLE: Co-Brand Product Manager
TERM: 12 months
CLIENT LOCATION: Riyadh, KSA
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years of relevant experience

TASKS
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Product Strategy & Development
- Define the value proposition of the co-brand product in alignment with both partners' brand strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide product positioning and differentiation.
Partner Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the bank/card issuer and the co-brand partner.
- Negotiate product features, marketing budgets, revenue share agreements, and joint go-to-market plans.
- Manage the partner relationship to ensure alignment and resolve issues collaboratively.
Go-To-Market & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, card acquisition strategies, and brand alignment.
- Support the design of onboarding journeys and promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and usage.
Portfolio Management & Optimization
- Monitor product performance (spend, acquisition, attrition, profitability).
- Track and analyze key metrics: activation rates, spend per account, portfolio profitability, etc.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to drive growth and engagement.
Compliance & Risk
- Ensure co-brand programs comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and card network rules.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure partner agreements and product materials are compliant.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with teams across product, marketing, risk, legal, finance, operations, and IT.
- Coordinate onboarding of new co-brand partners including card design, tech integration, and operational readiness.
Knowledge and Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in card product management, preferably in co-brand or affinity programs.
- Experience working with card networks (e.g., Mastercard, Visa)
- Strong understanding of P&L drivers in card portfolios (interchange, interest income, acquisition cost, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
