JOB TITLE: Junior Card Product Campaign Management Expert

TERM: 6 months

DIVISION: Payment Systems Card Product Management 

REPORTS TO: Group Manager - Payment Systems Card Product Management

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 5+ years experience. Minimum 2 years of campaign & product management experience

  2. Campaign design & management experience in banking (payment systems), fintech, e- commerce, or telecom growth marketing /product teams.


PURPOSE OF JOB

The Card Product Management Lifecycle & Campaign Management Expert will develop and execute credit card campaign strategies, monthly campaign lists, and related feasibility models. Also, this role will support the Group Manager & related section manager in terms of market & competitor analysis, industry know-how and executive level presentation & storyline design. The role involves market & benchmarking analysis, business case modelling, C&D level deck design, regulatory compliance checking and campaign management to drive card volume growth.


TASKS

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and competition to develop commercial credit card strategies & campaigns aligned with industry shifts.
  • Business Case Modelling: Create feasibility models from scratch for all new card usage campaigns in order to get C-level permission by considering campaign cost & impact.
  • Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to identify customer segments, behavioral patterns, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and implement end-to-end credit card usage campaigns (lifecycle, promotional, seasonal, cross-sell) across digital and traditional channels.
  • Support budget monitoring, creating campaign feasibility models and communication recommendations.
  • Campaign Post Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as usage frequency, spending volume, transaction categories, and ROI.
  • Utilize A/B testing, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarking to refine campaign tactics
  • C&D Level Deck Design: Support department heads in terms of C-level presentations & storyline to deliver accurate & quality reporting.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Support card product & campaign related projects, ensuring seamless coordination with internal banking teams & 3rd parties.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Track regulations and legal requirements in payment systems, ensuring necessary controls are in place for any campaign design process

  • Market Insights: Effective monitoring of industry trends and competitor strategies, ensuring proactive adaptation.
  • Project Execution: Timely and structured management of acquisition-related projects with successful cross- functional collaboration.
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Increased customer engagement and spending through well-planned and executed campaigns.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Compliance with payment system regulations/restrictions and successful consideration of BRSA(BDDK) rules in campaign designs.


Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of acquisition experience in banking (payment systems), fintech, e-commerce, or telecom growth marketing / product teams.
  • Sound benchmarking and feasiblity model building skills
  • Strong understanding of credit card products, customer lifecycle marketing, and consumer behavior
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database tools.
  • Native Turkish and fluency in English are required.
  • A degree in engineering/ business or a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Candidates with campaign management & marketing experience in other industries are also welcomed.


Additional Details

  • Project Based, full-time contractual role
  • Hybrid work model min 4 days in-office at Gayrettepe, DenizBank HQ per week.
  • The candidate will work as an integral part of the team, driving monthly/yearly card product campaign strategies & execution.
  • Candidates with high adaptability and strong analytical skills will be prioritized over strict experience requirements.
