JOB TITLE: Technical Support for Account Managers
TERM: 18 months
CLIENT LOCATION: Prague, Czech Republic
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**: Fluency in Czech and English is required
PURPOSE OF JOB
We are looking for a Technical Support for Account Managers. Provide issuers with analyses covering the following topics:
- Market and issuer performance analytics quantitative analyses of overall market and issuers portfolio performance based on Mastercard transactional data
- Market trends and developments - consisting of a summary of most relevant market developments and trends from the past period selected based on recent Mastercard Services research and project insights (5 to 10 slides per edition)
TASKS
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Manage and provide customers with business, operational and technical support
- Understand the project scope and functional requirement specifications as required
- For defined projects work collaboratively with customer Implementations team and facilitate the customer communication with various internal teams
- Escalation points of contact for projects associated with respective accounts
- Partner with the sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of customer requirements and facilitate relevant activities
- Functional and Operational escalation point for the selected customers
- Continuous learning of new products and align with the division and company goals.
Knowledge and Experience
- Knowledge of card payments and related processes would be of advantage.
- A quick grasp and a strong analytical mindset
- Good written and spoken English skills are therefore required
- Formal project management skills is a plus
- Deployment experience with digital and remote commerce payments solutions is a plus
Mandatory Skills**
- Fluency in Czech and English is required
- Ideal candidates for this position have a passion for support in a technical environment
- Knowledge of common MS Office programs (especially Excel and Access) and good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of payment ecosystem and value chain
