PURPOSE OF JOB
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Acquisition Manager to lead customer acquisition initiatives across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in campaign strategy, stakeholder engagement, and acquisition optimization, including analyzing user behavior to identify opportunities, designing and running experiments (like A/B tests), managing paid and organic campaigns (SEO, content, social media), collaborating with product teams to optimize the user experience, and monitoring key performance indicators to measure success and report on ROI
TASKS
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Identify and execute short-term acquisition and cross-sell strategies for user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Design and launch targeted digital campaigns aligned with client priorities and capabilities.
- Use data to inform and optimize marketing campaigns and product features.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., paid social, search ads).
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Oversee campaign execution and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Analyze market segments to tailor acquisition strategies effectively.
- Design and implement incentive structures and tactical campaigns to boost acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, credit, operations, IT1, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with sales governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
Knowledge and Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in end-to-end product launch and acquisition strategy:
- Digital Marketing expertise: Proficiency in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing and social media.
- Expertise with marketing automation platforms and A/B testing tools.
- Designing campaigns and understanding segment needs.
- Building strategic partnerships.
- Coordinating with IT, marketing, and contracting teams for system configuration.
- Executing go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
