Relevant experience:
- 5-8 years Cards marketing and portfolio management
- Campaign Launch
- Customer lifecycle management
Mandatory requirements:
- Campaign execution, customer segmentations, and performance analytics
- Arabic speaking preferred.
PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
Support the client in marketing and communication support to build campaigns and visibility for their cards program. Support in initiatives spanning across key KPIs like ENR, spend, authorization etc. To drive growth in card activation, customer engagement, utilization, balance build through strategic planning, campaign execution, and portfolio optimization leveraging data analytics, merchant partnerships and other lifecycle management tools
Key Activities
Roles & Responsibilities
Marketing Calendar Development
- Build and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal trends, and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of campaign timing, messaging, and target audiences.
- Incorporate lifecycle management diagnostics and behavioral triggers to prioritize actions.
Campaign Execution Support
- Assist in the rollout of campaigns across paid media channels (digital, out-of-home, social).
- Leverage creative assets and messaging frameworks to ensure brand consistency and relevance.
- Provide operational support including list management (e.g., DND, email), stakeholder coordination, and vendor engagement.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track campaign KPIs using dashboards and analytics tools.
- Conduct performance reviews to refine targeting and messaging.
- Collaborate with data teams to extract insights from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sources for optimization.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between the Cards and Marketing departments to streamline communication and execution.
- Participate in workshops and weekly sessions to align campaign performance and next steps.
- Support steering committees and milestone meetings with senior management.
Knowledge and Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or card products.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and performance analytics.
