PURPOSE OF JOB
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Program Manager to support our Offers programs and billing operations. The role requires strong operational discipline, accuracy in handling financial processes, and comfort
working with large datasets. You will manage loyalty issuer and vendor billing, support program setup, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, advances in Excel, and thrives in a reporting heavy environment. Structure, precision, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency are critical.
TASKS
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using Excel and internal systems.
- Provide technical and operational support for new and existing offer programs (platform setup, changes, troubleshooting).
- Manage client, merchant, and vendor billing, payments, and expense reconciliation.
- Oversee operational administration and financial controls.
- Document and maintain operational processes and SOPs.
- Support internal teams with ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and reporting workflows.
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams—ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, reporting, or data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory): Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas, reconciliation.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage repetitive reporting tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Highly organized, structured, and deadline driven.
- Strong administrative and process improvement capabilities.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
