JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager - Performance
TERM: 12 months (with potential for extension)
CLIENT LOCATION: Dubai, UAE

REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 6-8 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or acquisition marketing, preferably in financial services or fintech
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience in campaign performance optimization and outbound marketing
- Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and credit card products
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred
PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
To drive customer acquisition and engagement for Co-branded Credit Card (CBCC) in the UAE through performance marketing, campaign execution, and site merchandising. The role will support strategic partnership with Mastercard and its banking partners by delivering high-impact, data- driven marketing initiatives.
Key Activities
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Amazon and external channels
- Manage CBCC site merchandising calendar and campaign assets
- Collaborate with Amazon, Mastercard, and banking partners to align on acquisition strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Support launch events and promotional campaigns
- Performance Marketing: Drive acquisition and engagement by tracking KPIs, managing budgets, running A/B tests, and executing targeted email and SMS campaigns using data-driven strategies.
- Site Merchandising: Manage Co-brand CC placements across Amazon UAE, coordinate asset delivery, maintain campaign timelines, and optimize content performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Amazon teams, Mastercard Advisors, and banking partners to align marketing goals and deliver timely performance updates.
KPIs
- Customer acquisition volume and cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Campaign ROI and conversion rates
- Engagement metrics (CTR, open rates, bounce rates)
- On-time delivery of campaign assets
- Uplift in cobrand CC visibility and application rates on Amazon
Knowledge and Experience
- Proven track record in digital and performance marketing
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Familiarity with UAE financial services and regulatory landscape
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
Mandatory Skills**
- Digital campaign management (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- CRM and outbound marketing (email/SMS platforms)
- A/B testing and performance analytics
- Graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop basic proficiency)
- Strong communication and project management skills
