Our client is a physician-owned and led enterprise that has more than 25 multi-speciality medical practices across the state, serving a diverse patient base. Their team consists of highly skilled specialists in Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Pain Management, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Endocrinology, and Neurology.

NOTE: THIS IS A PRN POSITION

Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of a physician, the RN will take patients' medical histories and vital signs and record the information in the EHR system.

• Examine and assist with the treatment of patients.

• Order necessary laboratory tests and track results. Make sure the physician reviews the results in a timely manner.

• Record progress notes in the EHR system.

• Instruct and counsel patients on treatment plans.

• Order and carry out chemotherapy, including starting IVs, performing injections, and drawing blood samples.

• Travel may be required depending on business needs.

• Hours may vary and be outside of normal office hours depending on business needs.

• Requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

• Requires the ability to manage multiple changing priorities in an effective and organized fashion.

• Must have knowledge of and follow the HIPAA guidelines and secure Protected Health Information at all times.

• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of and follow the HIPAA guidelines and secure Protected Health Information

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a license in Arizona
