We are looking for Lien Processors to help our clients achieve the American dream of homeownership. Our Processors play a integral role in assisting home buyers and investors from unforeseen property lien debts. The team searches for unrecorded liens, such as taxes, utilities, municipal liens, code violations, special assessments, permits, and more. With their findings, prepare reports to clear closings for our clients. The position pays a starting rate of $14 per hour and increases up to $18 per hour based on production and error rate.

Skills Needed:

• Must be able to process, on average, a minimum of 10 orders per day (part-time) or 20 orders per day (full-time) while maintaining a less than 10% error rate (quality as well as quantity)
• Strong computer skills with the ability to do online research, contact municipalities and other providers as needed
• Must have exceptional oral and written communications skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently with little to no supervision

Hours of work:

This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
