We are looking for an Estoppel Processor to help our clients achieve the American dream of homeownership. Our Processors play an integral role in assisting home buyers and investors from unforeseen Homeowner’s Association or Condo Association debts, such as past-due assessments, special assessments, fees for violations, legal fees, and more. The team orders Estoppel letters and pays for them online or by checks through FedEx. Monitors request information and promptly answers all client requests submitted via e-mail. The position pays a starting rate of $14 per hour and increases up to $16 per hour based on production and error rate.

Skills Needed:

• Previous experience in real estate, title companies, or banking preferred.
• Must be able to process, on average, a minimum of 10 orders per day while maintaining a less than 7% error rate (quality as well as quantity).
• Strong computer skills with the ability to do online research.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communications skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently with little to no supervision.

Hours of work:

This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
