We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Our Reps play an integral role by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Assist with answering product and service questions and clients’ queries. Assist with new accounts set-up, quotes, and entering orders if needed. Monitor all email accounts and respond promptly to all emails and voice messages. 

Skills Needed:

• Previous experience in real estate or title companies is preferred
• A minimum of two years of customer service in an office setting is required
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and our internal staff
• Must have exceptional oral and written communications skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with little to no supervision

Hours of work:

This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
