Are you a skilled logistics professional with a passion for international trade? Growing global Freight forwarder is seeking a talented Import/Export Operator to join our expanding team in Brisbane. Location - SE Suburbs.
What You'll Do:
- Seamless Logistics: Manage the entire import/export process, from origin to destination.
- Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients and overseas partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Regulatory Expertise: Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Efficient Operations: Optimize supply chain processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance efficiency.
- Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in import/export operations and customs clearance. At least 18 months experience.
- Good knowledge of Incoterms, customs tariffs, and international trade regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in logistics software (Cargowise preferred)
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach
