About the job Sales & Marketing Executive - Mining Minerals
We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive on behalf of a leading organization in the mining and industrial minerals sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mineral resources (metallic and non-metallic) and mining machinery, with a proven ability to develop global markets, build strategic partnerships, and promote a diverse portfolio of minerals and equipment, including fluorite, quartz, barite, borax, graphite, feldspar, kaolin, phosphate, potash, and other industrial resources, as well as associated processing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for minerals and mining equipment in international markets. 
- 
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, industrial buyers, and government agencies. 
- 
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries such as metallurgy, ceramics, chemicals, semiconductors, construction, defense, and renewable energy. 
- 
Promote specific minerals (e.g., fluorite, quartz, barite, borax, garnet, kaolin, graphite) and showcase their applications in glass, steel, electronics, fertilizers, and high-tech industries. 
- 
Conduct market research to analyze demand trends, competitor activities, and pricing. 
- 
Prepare presentations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers for international clients. 
- 
Collaborate with technical teams to align customer requirements with product specifications. 
- 
Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and international business forums. 
- 
Achieve assigned sales targets and provide performance reports to management. 
Qualifications & Skills
- 
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Mining Engineering, or a related field. 
- 
3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and marketing of minerals, mining, or heavy machinery. 
- 
Strong understanding of mineral applications in industries such as steel, chemicals, construction, semiconductors, and energy. 
- 
Knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and export documentation. 
- 
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
- 
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. 
- 
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
