The Country Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth, managing commercial and marketing execution, and strengthening the company's market position through strong channel partnerships and strategic sales leadership.
The role focuses on delivering revenue targets, expanding market share, and ensuring effective execution of country-level sales strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute country sales plans aligned with regional marketing and brand strategies
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and analyze monthly results to identify gaps and opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in sales execution and market penetration
- Build structured sales rhythm and execution discipline across the country
2. Business Growth & Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities and growth channels within the KSA market
- Expand market share across retail, distribution, and reseller networks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key commercial partners
- Ensure consistent pipeline development and conversion of opportunities
3. Channel & Distributor Management
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners
- Ensure alignment of distributor sales teams with company objectives
- Oversee inventory management across the channel ecosystem
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with partners
- Drive performance improvements across retail and distribution channels
4. Stakeholder Management

Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external stakeholders including:
- Product Management
- Marketing & Channel Teams
- Customer Care & After Sales Support
- Distributors and Retail Partners
- Coordinate closely with regional leadership to align strategy execution
- Ensure smooth communication between all business functions
5. Marketing & Retail Execution
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure strong retail execution
- Support product launches and in-store promotional strategies
- Ensure effective merchandising and brand visibility in retail channels
- Work with channel marketing teams to improve consumer engagement
6. Business Performance & Reporting
- Track and report sales performance regularly
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
- Provide insights to improve pricing, promotions, and sales strategies
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales pipelines
7. Strategic Planning & Decision Making
- Develop account-level strategies for sales and marketing execution
- Optimize investment allocation across accounts and channels
- Improve resource utilization including coverage, merchandising, and training
- Contribute to long-term regional growth strategy
8. Leadership & Development
- Drive strong performance culture across distributor and channel teams
- Set clear objectives and performance expectations
- Provide guidance and training to partners and internal teams
- Strengthen execution discipline across all sales operations
Role Impact

Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
Experience
- 8–10+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or retail business development
- Strong experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, IT peripherals, or lifestyle products
- Proven track record in managing distributor and retail ecosystems
- Experience in P&L ownership and revenue responsibility preferred
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of retail and distribution channel structures
- Knowledge of inventory models and sales forecasting systems
